Once a diagnosis is determined and communicated, a treatment plan is designed by the doctor with the input of the patient. Treatment is then rendered with careful suggestions and tips for post-treatment care. Ofte, exercises are prescribed for homecare.
A good tip to prepare for your chiropractic appointment is to jot down notes on your pain, when and why the pain begins and any other questions you may have for the doctor. This will help focus your appointment and make the most of your time.
